Cllr.ai is operated by Eternyx Innovations Private Limited. This policy explains how we handle personal information through our website and business SaaS services.
Information we collect
Depending on your use, we handle contact and account details, enquiries, billing and usage records, IP and device information, diagnostics, and security logs. Customer workflows may process contact records, connected-system data, prompts, messages, audio, transcripts and interaction outcomes. Recording and storage depend on the enabled service and settings.
How we use information
We use information to respond to enquiries, arrange demos, administer accounts, deliver and support Services, secure systems, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We process customer workflow data on the customer's documented instructions; the customer determines the purpose, recipients and required permissions. The incorporated Data Processing Addendum governs that processing.
Where consent is required, we obtain it or require the responsible customer to do so. Visiting the website does not itself authorise unrelated marketing or recording. Additional personal-data uses require an applicable lawful basis and contractual permission.
Sharing and AI processing
We disclose information as needed to authorised users, integrations and providers supporting hosting, authentication, communications, speech and AI processing, billing, scheduling, analytics and support. We may also disclose to advisers, authorities, or a business successor where lawful and subject to applicable protections.
Website callback requests use FormSubmit, booking uses Cal.com when enabled, and optional analytics uses Google Analytics. Provider processing, retention and training settings depend on the selected service and agreement. Deployment-specific providers and restrictions must be agreed before restricted data is supplied.
Locations and retention
Processing may occur outside your country, subject to applicable transfer requirements and agreed location restrictions. Retention depends on purpose, data category, customer instructions and legal obligations. Customer records follow the agreed schedule; backups, security logs and provider-held copies may have separate lifecycles. Legally required records may be retained despite a deletion request.
Security
We use appropriate safeguards, including access controls and encryption for supported storage and transmission. No system is completely secure. Customers must protect credentials and configure their users, integrations and workflows appropriately.
Cookies and embedded services
The website's Google Analytics integration loads only when configured and you choose Accept. Declining or making no choice keeps that integration disabled. We remember your choice in local storage for approximately six months. Use Cookie settings in the footer to change it; browser settings provide additional controls.
Booking calendars and other third-party services may make their own requests and use their own storage. Declining analytics does not disable those services or erase information already received by a provider.
Your rights and grievances
Applicable law may give you rights to access, correction, erasure, consent withdrawal, grievance redressal and other rights, subject to its conditions and commencement. Email connect@cllr.ai with your request; we may verify identity and will respond within applicable legal periods. You may escalate to the competent authority where the law provides that right.

Children and policy changes
Accounts are intended for business users aged eighteen or above. Processing children's data or specially regulated sensitive data requires prior written agreement and necessary lawful safeguards. We may update this policy with a revised date and additional notice where required. A policy update does not retrospectively authorise a new processing purpose.
